What forms of payment do you accept?


All major credit cards and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover.




Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we ship our products worldwide. If you the customer use our DHL international shipping service, the taxes will be included in the total price at checkout. All local postal shipping if using our shipping service will include all shipping cost at checkout. To get shipping estimates please click the link on the home page.




Are there any international addresses that you can ship to?


Yes, there are a few countries we are unable to ship to due to international trade restrictions. If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu, then we cannot ship to that location.




What is your exchange policy?


You can return or exchange a product for any reason within 7 days. We offer a 7 day return or exchange policy on sunglasses. Customer pays shipping and restocking fee of $25 dollars. Original packing must be included.




Why do you need my phone number?


For all credit card transaction in the event there is an issue or dispute with the transaction.




Where is my order receipt?


The order receipt will be sent to the email provided.




Is the damage to my glasses covered under your warranty?


Damage caused by manufacturer defect is covered under our warranty. However, damage caused by the wearer is not covered.




How long will it take to receive my order?


4-7 days delivery unless an expedited request is made.




Do you offer free shipping?


There is free shipping if the order includes 2 or more pairs of sunglasses. If not, you will have to pay for shipping.




How will I know if my item is on backorder?


You will receive an email at the address you provided to inform you that your product is on back order.
